In order to facilitate our collaboration also in terms of returning goods (RMA), we would like to inform about our new handling process.

According to your General Terms of Business, there is no right to return goods.

In case of warranty, specials or goodwill the following procedure must be adhered to:

  • Returns can be accepted only within 7 days.
  • Only unharmed original packed goods qualify for returns.
  • ALL returns must be approved and authorized by Swissparts.
  • Non approved and authorized returns will be disposed.
  • we reserve the right to charge administrative cost and external expenses.
  • confirmed misdelivery by Swissparts and warranty cases will of course be without cost and will be processed fastest possible. The corresponding declaration has to be mentioned on the returning documents and agreed by Swissparts
